Covid-19: Looking after your mental health update

Covid-19 is creating a lot of stress and anxiety, but it's also generating an increase in people sharing mental health self-help resources and tools across the mental health networks. Here are some that I've come across this week.

Living Life to the Full (LLTTF) has some great resources here and they are also offering free CBT courses for NHS staff and health and social care workers which can be found here.


The help, advice and information provided by Overcoming is well-respected and in particular, the Overcoming books – Overcoming Anxiety and Depression

The Blurt Foundation is a good resource for mental health support.

Get Self Help has some good self-help tools and resources

This Happiness course has been made free to access

The NHS has published this self-help guide for managing anxiety

And there are some great apps:
